  Basically, if you have to order a drink, you better be looking for your drink amidst all of the other drinks at the counter where you pick up because they don't call your name out, yet they ask for your name when you order...I am confused!?! When I asked the barista if this was mine, she looked at me like a zombie. Stop hiring people with a pulse, work on customer service and why is there a tip jar when they don't have to claim tips on their taxes like most everyone that works in the service industry...just do your job.

  Service needs help. They sat our drinks and hot sandwich down but never called out the names. Then it just sat there they never took another notice of it. My daughter finally went up to ask and noticed the drinks sitting there. The drinks and sandwich had cooled down quite a bit. I know it's busy but you've got to remember the customer is who pays you. The company simply manages the money, it comes from us!!

  Always very friendly. I only get regular coffee and a scone and when I use drive through they always mix the cream and sweetener to perfection, better than I do it. Very nice place for coffee, which is delicious by the way.
